You can view and manage the inventory items in your Cloud catalog on the mobile app.

To go to the inventory management view, tap the 3-line drawer in the top-left corner and tap “Inventory.”

On the screen, you will see the inventory items and the options to manage them. The following are the options.

Filter inventory items

To filter inventory items, tap the “Filters” icon in the top-right corner and select the filters. You have filters for status, brands, categories, and suppliers.

Once you have selected all your filters, tap “Apply” to see the filtered items.

Search for inventory items

If you want to search for a specific item, type in the search string in the Search box below the Inventory List section and tap the Search icon to the left of the string.

You will see one or more items that match the search string.

View inventory item details

To view the complete details of an inventory item, tap the item in the inventory list. You will see the item's stock levels, the inventory locations where it is stocked, and its inventory history.

  • For a pool-tracked item, you can move the item across locations by tapping “Move” next to a location, selecting the quantity and new location, and tapping “Move” on the next screen.

  • For an asset-tracked item, tap the specific asset to see the option to move it.

You can also set the minimum stock and reorder quantities if needed.

View inventory history

If you want to view the allocation, deallocation, check-in, and item movement history across locations of all inventory items, tap “Inventory History” above the inventory list.

You will see the overall inventory history of all items.

Scan inventory items

You can use the built-in scanning capability in the Cloud Mobile app to scan items and move, allocate, or receive them.

2/ Tap the inventory location and tap "Confirm Destination."

3/ You will see the scanner. You can search the item by its name. You can also scan its QR label or serial number.

  • If you searched by name, you will see all assets that match the search.

  • If you scanned an item, it is automatically ready to be moved to the selected location.

5/ Use the scanner to scan other asset-tracked items you want to move.

6/ Once done, tap "Complete Batch."

5/ Once done, click "Add item."

6/ You can now search for a different item by typing its name in the search box, and follow steps 3 to 5 to receive the item.

7/ Once you have added all the items to receive, tap "Complete Batch."

Capture serial numbers of asset-tracked items

You can use the scanning capability on the Cloud Mobile app to scan and capture the serial numbers of the items you have received.

To capture the serial numbers:

You will see the scanner. You can either scan the product or its packaging for the serial number, or enter it manually.

  • If you enter the serial number, tap "Save" to proceed to the next item.

3/ Once you have captured all the serial numbers, tap "Save."
